Sculpture, known for their spectacular live A/V shows, deliver re-configured electronic music via samplers, tape reels, cassette players and more to create an analogue/digital hybrid sound. With custom projection, and using turntables to create a zoetrope (pre-film animation), their combined visuals and live sound deliver an audiovisual experience like nothing else.
Rhizocorp (formerly known as Soborgnost) comes to us fresh from performing as the support act for Cabaret Voltaire on their recent run of tour dates. Bringing a sound that crosses sci-fi-infused electronica, dub and techno, and produced using analogue hardware with his own cinematic visuals, Rhizocorp brings punk-style frequencies and a chaotic cybernetic energy.
Long-standing cult film exhibitors in Sheffield, Reel Steel will perform an all-vinyl DJ set entirely composed of film score music, crossing various film and music genres and steadily picking up the tempo. This will be coupled with cinema visuals by Interworld’s own Zaron Mizmeras through live VHS video-cassette mixing.
An evening of entirely unique, audiovisual analogue experiences at the CADS compound on Arley Street – this is not one to miss!
